CASE STUDY: BROKER ENGINE
Enterprise Architecture for Real-Time Multi-Policy Comparisons
The Challenge
Brokers were trapped in a manual “tab-switching” cycle, forced to navigate 20+ different carrier portals to generate a single client comparison. This fragmented workflow created massive administrative overhead, increased the risk of calculation errors, and delayed the critical “time-to-quote” that closes deals in a competitive market.
The Vision
To create a “Single Source of Truth” for the insurance lifecycle. Our mission was to engineer a robust web-based comparison engine that aggregates disparate carrier data into a unified, high-performance UI. We aimed to reduce a 30-minute manual process into a sub-60-second automated event.
The Technical Infrastructure
We built a centralized middleware layer designed for high-concurrency API mapping. By standardizing diverse data formats from over 20 carriers, the system provides a “Normalized Data View,” allowing brokers to filter by specialty coverage, deductible limits, and premium costs without ever leaving the primary portal.
The Platform Interface

Adapted For Mobile
While the core work happens on desktop, we engineered a “Field-Access” mobile pipeline. This allows brokers to access client records and trigger “Instant Quotes” via SMS or email directly from their smartphones, ensuring they can close business whether they are in the office or meeting a client on-site.
