Job Brief

We are seeking a proactive HR Associate to join Techelix for an on-site role. The ideal candidate should be a sharp, confident personality with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities include screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and maintaining clear communication between management and employees. The candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and able to support recruitment and daily HR operations in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain clear communication between employees and management.
  • Manage and maintain employee records, HR databases, and documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Support recruitment processes including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
  • Assist in organizing and maintaining onboarding programs for new employees to ensure a smooth integration into the company.
  • Monitor employee engagement, attendance, and HR compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers, department heads, and leadership to support workforce planning needs.
  • Support employee relations by addressing basic HR queries and escalating issues when necessary.
  • Contribute to improving HR workflows, employee experience, and HR operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 1–3+ years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, or human resource management.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR documentation.
  • Experience supporting recruitment activities such as job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR management software.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information professionally.
