With real- time updates and user-generated information, you’ll always have the most up-to-date information on parking availability, location, and pricing. Say goodbye to circling the block looking for a spot and hello to stress-free parking with our app.
Problem Statement
- There is not enough space to park due to the increase in the number of cars & bikes in the area.
- Takes too much time to find parking space and doing payments in cash.
- When we visit to new locations it’s very hard to find a parking space.
- Not aware of the parking prices for all places.
- Users can not choose a slot by themselves most of the apps automatically do that.
Problem Solution
- Book Parking from anywhere and anytime.
- Get rid of long lines and extra prices.
- Easy to book and easy to pay.
- Find parking easily.
- Ability to pay with debit/credit card or mobile banking.
Wireframe
In order to design the best experience, we’ve looked at the possible paths the user might take during their journey and examined what happens during each step. I usually create a map in Figma to get a detailed view of the User Flow.
Future
DCSL is committed to continuing its work with Smart Space Strategy as the new system is taken up by more and more customers. ‘A key driver behind the decision [to work with DCSL Software] was that we needed someone who could grasp the concept of what we wanted to do.
