This is a full-time on-site role for an Frontend Engineer – HTML/CSS Developer located in the Karachi Division. The HTML/CSS Developer will be responsible for developing responsive and visually appealing web interfaces using HTML and CSS. Key Responsibilities
- Develop responsive, cross-browser compatible, and mobile-friendly web pages using HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap 5.
- Convert UI/UX designs and wireframes into functional, pixel-perfect, and maintainable front-end code.
- Collaborate with designers, back-end developers, and other stakeholders to implement and optimize user interfaces.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in performance optimization, accessibility (WCAG), and SEO-friendly markup.
- Maintain and update existing websites, landing pages, and components to meet evolving requirements.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and fix front-end issues related to layout, styling, or browser inconsistencies.
- Keep up to date with the latest front-end technologies, trends, and standards.
Qualifications and Experience
- 1+ years of professional experience as a Frontend/HTML Developer or in a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap 5.
- Understanding of responsive design principles and ability to create mobile-first layouts.
- Experience working with cross-browser compatibility and debugging tools.
- Basic knowledge of JavaScript/jQuery for interactivity and DOM manipulation.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and web accessibility standards.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently as well as in a team.
